Freight Delivery (Large Items)

Tracking
Provided once order ships. Freight tracking may have limited updates.

USA only (including Alaska, Hawaii – remote areas may have surcharges)

No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories (Guam, PR, etc.)
Undeliverable Packages
If returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed, you pay to re‑ship (re‑shipping fees can be high for large items).
Lost or Damaged
If damaged, refuse delivery or take photos and contact us within 48 hours. Lost packages – we will work with the carrier.
