Q1: Are your strollers JPMA certified?
Yes – all strollers meet or exceed ASTM and CPSC safety standards. They include 5-point harness, locking wheels, and one-hand fold.

Q2: What is a rolling folding bed?
It is a portable, wheeled crib/cot that folds compactly for travel. Use it as a bedside sleeper, play yard, or travel bed. Suitable from birth up to approx. 2 years or 33 lbs.

Q3: Is the rolling folding bed safe for overnight sleep?
Yes – our model meets CPSC safety standards for infant sleep. It has a firm, flat mattress and mesh sides for breathability. Always use on a flat surface with included mattress only.

Q4: How do I clean the stroller fabric?
Most fabrics are removable and machine washable (cold, gentle). Wipe frame with damp cloth. See instruction manual.

Q5: How do I fold the stroller?
One-hand fold – squeeze the trigger on the handlebar and push down. Demonstration video link in your order confirmation.

Q6: Shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all strollers and rolling folding beds (due to weight/size). Expedited options available at checkout.

Q7: Processing time?
1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Large items may add 1 extra day.

Q8: Tracking?
Yes – shipping confirmation includes a tracking number. Large items ship via freight with appointment scheduling.

Q9: Cancel or change order?
Contact us immediately while order is “processing.” Once “preparing for shipment,” cancellation is not possible.

Q10: Ship outside USA?
No – currently only US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii; no territories or APO/FPO). Remote areas may have freight surcharges.
