30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Stroller: must be unused, unassembled, in original box with all parts and manual.

  • Rolling folding bed: must be unused, in original packaging (no stains, odors, or pet hair).

  • Due to safety and hygiene, assembled or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully. For safety recalls, we follow CPSC guidelines.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Large items may incur a restocking fee (stated at checkout).

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Ship back (keep tracking).

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
